CAGE GUIDED GLOBE CONTROL VALVES (Techical Catalogue) 23 SERIES:

It is a straight-way, single seat, quick change cage guided valve. The balanced trim construction reduces the resultant force acting on the valve plug. Due to the large range of trim types and available materials this the valve is suitable for a wide range of applications with practically no limits in pressure and temperature, even heavy duties and most demanding applications. The combination of shutoff capabilities, trim designs, precise valve positioning, and actuator stability offers optimum control performances.

• BUTTERFLY CONTROL VALVES

10 SERIES:

10 series is provided with a double-eccentric disc, the seal ring is very easy to change and can be PTFE based or metal to metal type. This valve is mostly used in applications with large flow rates and moderate pressure. The double eccentric construction guarantees a reduced torque and seal wear by minimizing its contact with the disc. These features allows to have a valve with high performances, application flexibility and long service life.

Special version 12 series with special wings which increase the recovery factor and the cavitation index. It can be used to control flow in cavitating services. Interesting application at sea water pumps discharge in desalination plants.

40 SERIES:

In conceiving the Control Ball Series RMT engineers have merged the experience of on-off ball valve manufacturer with great reputation with RMT Controls Engineers background in valve control and automation field. Our 40 series of Control Ball Valves is designed according to IEC 60534 and ISA S75 and can meet the criteria of API 6D, ASME B16.34. RMT offers three different series in order to cover the widest range of applications.

100 SERIES:

The Linear Diaphragm Actuators of the LPD100 series are characterized by a very rugged design for high reliability and easy maintenance.

The SINGLE SPRING DESIGN offer a more precise bench range and assures the absolute repeatability of the bench range. Very often the multi-spring actuators are affected by non – uniform compression of all the springs. SINGLE SPRING DESIGN is therefore a must when precise control action is required.
